Klaus David Erharter – 1964-2023

We Lovers are still staggered by the loss of our dear friend Klaus Erharter, whose music infused and inspired our work for more than two decades. A consummate collaborative musician, his true genius lay in his ability to enable each of us to find, somewhere within our souls, the best musician we could be, to encourage us to share that gift on the stage of improvisation, and to recognise and embrace those special moments when we, having touched his magic cloak, could fly along with him for a song or two. He has moved on to the universe of memory, but his flags continue to unfurl before us.
